About AION.Taxi
AION.Taxi is a local booking service for passenger transport and courier services operating in Wrocław and the surrounding towns. Our fleet base is in Lutynia, in the Miękinia commune, and we accept orders online around the clock, with no account required.
What you can order
- Taxi rides and transfers — city trips, rides to airports (Wrocław-Strachowice, Katowice, Kraków, Warsaw, Berlin) and to railway stations.
- Courier and parcels — door-to-door delivery, including collecting a parcel from a parcel locker.
- Shopping with delivery — the driver buys the items on your list and brings them to the given address.
- Roadside assistance — fuel delivery, jump start, tyre change and vehicle towing.
Prices work like a taximeter: a 6 PLN starting fee covers the first kilometre, the day rate is 3 PLN/km, and the night, weekend and holiday rate is 5 PLN/km. The first 5 km of driver travel and the first 5 km of the return leg are free; further kilometres cost 12.5% of the rate. Paying online gives a 10% discount, and you can also pay by card, BLIK or cash.
Who we build the service for
The service is used by residents of Wrocław, Miękinia, Środa Śląska, Brzeg Dolny, Kąty Wrocławskie, Trzebnica, Oława and Oleśnica who need fast and predictable transport. Our customers include private individuals, families travelling with children, tourists, and business clients who settle their rides with a VAT invoice on 14 or 30 day terms. A separate part of the service is the driver app, where drivers take orders from the nearest area and settle accounts with the company.
Who builds and maintains the service
AION.Taxi is developed and maintained by the AION.Taxi team, a brand owned by IONX Group Poland PSA, based at ul. Azaliowa 4 in Lutynia (55-330). The application code, pricing, invoicing and customer support are all handled in house: we are the ones responsible for bookings, settlements and help if anything goes wrong.
