AION.Taxi — a brand owned by IONX Group Poland PSA, operating in the city of Wrocław and surrounding areas. The price list is in accordance with the guidelines of the city of Wrocław.
Ride on demand — immediate execution of the order. The driver departs to the customer as quickly as possible after accepting the order.
Scheduled ride — advance reservation for a specified date and time. A booking fee of 15 PLN is added. AION.Taxi tracks arrivals/departures (flight, train, bus) to ensure punctual pickup.
Ride for yourself — a ride ordered for the ordering party themselves.
Ride for someone else — a ride ordered for another person (e.g. employee, child, guest).
Package delivery — direct courier service. The sender ships the package, the driver transports it safely to the recipient.
Shopping — grocery shopping with delivery. The driver buys products from a list provided by the customer. Payment for shopping is made via BLIK — the driver calls the customer to provide the code. AION.Taxi does not make purchases with its own funds.
Parcel pickup — collection of parcels from parcel lockers or branches (Poczta Polska, Orlen Paczka, etc.) and delivery to the customer at the specified address.
Roadside assistance — support from an AION driver in case of vehicle breakdown: fuel delivery, jump start (booster), tire change, towing of a passenger car.
Sedan — up to 4 people, 2 suitcases. Comfortable vehicle for everyday trips. Vehicle type Ford Focus, Toyota Corolla or similar. (Rate ×0.9)
Sedan+ — up to 6 people, 1 suitcase. Larger passenger space for groups. (Rate ×1.1)
Premium — up to 4 people, 2 suitcases. Premium-class vehicle for long trips and occasions. Vehicle type BMW 7, Audi A8 or similar. (Rate ×1.2)
Estate (Kombi) — up to 4 people, 4 suitcases. Standard vehicle with larger cargo space and roof rack option. Vehicle type Ford Focus Estate, Toyota Corolla Estate or similar. (Rate ×1.0)
BUS — up to 7 people, 7 suitcases. Spacious vehicle for more travelers or a good alternative for a family that needs more space during the trip. (Rate ×1.3)
Tariffs: The price list follows the official rates of the city of Wrocław (daytime tariff 6:00–22:00, nighttime 22:00–6:00, and Sunday/holiday tariff).
Online payment (before the ride): Gives a 10% discount and automatic booking confirmation. The driver collects no payment after the ride.
Payment to the driver (after the ride): Card and BLIK are available to all customers without restrictions. Cash is available only for rides taken directly "from the rank" (from the street/stand) or for logged-in registered users of the service. For security reasons and to avoid false calls, unlogged customers ordering a ride through the service are required to pay in advance (online / by card / by BLIK).
Required prepayment (pickup over 15 km): Rides requiring a pickup longer than 15 km must be paid in full before the driver departs (regardless of the order method: via rezerwacja.aion.taxi, messengers or by phone at 880 48 46 44; payment by link or with the operator).
Driver's travel and return: Passenger transport — the first 5 km of travel and the first 5 km of the return leg are free; each subsequent kilometre of travel and of the return leg costs 12.5% (1/8) of the applicable tariff rate. Courier and shopping — the first 5 km of travel and return are included in the base price; subsequent kilometres are charged at the full tariff rate. The system always assigns the nearest available driver.
Business clients and deferred payments: VAT invoice (term 14/30 days) — for companies upon providing NIP. Ride credit — for regular, registered individual customers (§ 8a). Company rates and discounts are subject to individual arrangements.
Registration — 5% discount for 30 days from account creation.
Online payment — an additional 10% discount.
Discount passes — a voluntary option for customers who frequently use AION.Taxi services and know they will save money. The pass provides an additional discount on all rides for a selected period (e.g. 30 days).
Loyalty points (gamification) — registered customers earn points for each online payment: 1 point for every 10 PLN spent. Points can be used as a discount on subsequent reservations: 1 point = 1 PLN discount. Points cannot cover the entire order — combined with other discounts, they can reduce the cost up to a maximum of 50% of the ride value. Example: ride 77 PLN, using 7 points = 7 PLN discount, to pay 70 PLN. Points used in a reservation are returned to the account if the order is cancelled.
Discounts stack: new customer + online payment + discount pass + loyalty points.
Cancelling a ride after ordering it incurs a fixed cost of 20 PLN.
An unpaid cancellation fee blocks the ability to place a new order until it is paid in the „History” tab.
Unregistered users who do not need additional benefits of having an AION.Taxi customer account can order a ride by phone at 880 48 46 44.
For phone orders requiring travel of more than 15 km, the operator will ask for online payment — will send a payment link or, with the customer's consent, accept BLIK to pay for such a ride.
When ordering a ride, your data is safe. We use transaction-securing systems.
Unregistered user can view their reservation history by phone number — in the „History” tab (verification via SMS code sent to the phone number).
Registered user can view their reservation history in the „History” tab after logging in.
Each transaction has its own history. The customer always receives a payment confirmation and a receipt or invoice.
A VAT invoice is issued at the customer's request. VAT tax (8%) is added to invoices.
VAT invoice settlement at the end of the month (Term 14/30 days) is available as a payment method for corporate clients with an assigned settlement term.
Ride credit — a service granted to registered customers, enabling them to use rides without immediate payment.
Credit limit is up to 1000 PLN and is granted after accepting the credit agreement, providing personal data (first name, last name, phone number, e-mail and residential address) and a non-refundable identity verification of 10 PLN (Stripe payment). Credit is activated when the payer's first name, last name, phone or e-mail matches the agreement data.
Surcharge — a 20% surcharge is added to the ride price for each ride on credit.
Settlement — credit is closed at the end of each month. The customer undertakes to settle the balance in the first days of the following month.
Suspension — failure to settle the credit balance results in suspension of the ability to order new rides on credit until repayment.
Balance — the customer can check the current credit usage and available funds in the „Profile” tab in the app.

Time to process a complaint: 30 days from the date of its submission.
Refunds are made within 14 days of the complaint being processed.
These Terms are effective from October 14, 2026.
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by the provisions of Polish law.
